This hotel is like a tranquil oasis within easy walking distance to the monkey forest, palace, and rice fields. The rooms were very good and clean, though a touch more meticulous cleaning would have been ideal. The service was a luxury experience with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was fantastic, tucked away down a charming lane off the main road, offering an authentic Balinese ambiance. The dining was surprisingly delightful, despite some minor setbacks with timing and tour arrangements. Overall, a pleasant stay with great value for money.
The hotel had my favorite rooms with the best view and welcoming morning sun at 6 a.m. However, the initial check-in experience was not ideal as we received a room away from the main hotel in a house needing renovation. The service overall was absolutely wonderful, with fabulous attention to detail. The location was excellent, close to the town center but the experience was hampered by blackouts during our stay. The dining was incredible, offering many delicious options in a wonderful setting.
